i heart Costco!
please be patient with me! i sold me camera and i am waiting on my new one to get here before i can start posting some new pics! believe me, i'm trying to learn this lesson myself.
a quick update, we have officially put our house on the market(see to the left) and we are hoping to get it sold by early summer.(fingers crossed and on our praying knees). Our hopes are to move into something a little more permanent. our definition of permanent and God's definition are far different, so we are open to many ideas. When we lived in Nashville it was the trendy thing to do, live in townhomes and hang out without having to drive all over...we LOVED our place there.
However not quite the same in the big JC. We are the youngest people on the street, i guess you could say townhomes are seen as more of a "maintenance free" "one level living" kinda place...catch my drift (wink wink). Nothing wrong with that, just not exactly family oriented...we would like a yard for Battle since he can't seem to be within 20 ft of Greyson and a few more wishes... Like I said God willing, we will see where we land! i'm hoping to get my camera this weekend from Grammy. She went to her local Costco to shop the camera I have been in the hunt for and what do you know, she found a deal!!!! i heart costco!!!! if there is not ANOTHER snow storm, we are headed to visit Grammy and Pops this weekend, and if there is more snow, well UPS better get here with that new camera because this little boy is growing up to quick not to capture.
Have a good week!

mama's bucket list

i'm sure you all know that i work for Pfizer, and i happen to travel on occasion. when i travel, it is never a dull time...us pharma reps can have some fun. my team is amazing and my manager even more so. we always have meetings during the day and then something special at night. well...i had no idea that what i was in for a couple of weeks ago. i saw on the agenda that a UT basketball game was part of our entertainment. and of course i was excited, but i thought to myself, "chad, grey and I go all the time...and 1/2 the team is suspended". my sour attitude quickly changed when we got out of cars and walked away from the bball arena toward Neyland. it went kinda like this...
Me "um, why are we going this way"
My Manager Susie"i don't know, you know i don't like sports stuff"
Me "um, really... we are going the wrong way"
My hero and collegue Trebor "nah, tiff it's a bit of a surprise we are taking a facilities tour, including Neyland, then we are going to eat in the skyboxes and head over to watch the bball game w/ Bruce"
Me "WHAT?" (thinking to myself, don't pass out then you won't remember anything, keep it together, keep it together, act cool, act cool you work with these people) "OMG!"
Then i started tearing up and pretty much lost my cool i was working so hard to keep in check. i couldn't text Chad fast enough. as we waited by the elevators at the foot of Neyland i tell Susie- "you may not like me after this tour, but i think you will understand me ALOT better, THIS IS A BUCKET LIST ITEM FOR ME"!
Susie "what?(chuckle) aww tiff, that's amazing, I'm so pumped for you, lets go have some fun."
I of course didn't have my camera b/c i had no idea we were going ...but it worked out for the best, i was a kid in a candy store. and here is the proof...
I was a little nervous in the media room...the next coach of the VOLS, "tiffany anderson"
I'm pretty sure this doesn't need further explanation..#16

"all is calm, all is BRIGHT"
Today has been a long day...
grey to day care, us to work, and then a blizzard! chad didn't successfully make it home just yet- he left work around 3:30pm and stayed on the interstate for 3 hrs- now he is in a cozy warm hotel about 20 miles away. grey and I held hands and prayed for "da" and praise the Lord for getting him there safe. in the mean time grey and i had no electricity- but it's back on now and we are warm and toasty... and well it's STILL snowing. hopefully chad can make it home tomorrow and we can play in the snow! here are few pics from today
